We currently ship to Slovenia and other European Union countries.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Slovenia: 2 business days

• European Union: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are shipped via Pošta Slovenije.

• Free delivery on orders over €70

European Union

• Standard EU delivery: €6.90
• Free EU delivery on orders over €90

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

 

 

Customs & Duties

 

Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur additional customs duties.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once an order has been handed over to Pošta Slovenije, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

 

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
