Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Puppably pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn and unused
-
In original condition
-
With tags attached
We cannot accept returns on used items.
How to request a return
Returns are requested through your account.
- Log in to your Puppably account
- Select the order you wish to return
- Click Request return
- Choose the item(s) and reason
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after approval.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process the transaction.
